We buy homes from those who are looking to sell but do not have the time and money to get their house ready. Or those who want to sell but do not pay 6% commission fees.

We Buy Homes

We work with sellers who:

• May have had a hard time selling their house on the market.

• May have low equity

• Don’t want to pay 8% of the sales price (closing costs & commission) to sell their house

• Doesn’t want to do repairs on their house to sell it.

We Rent Homes

We work with contractors who get our homes up to date and ready to rent.

Then we rent them out to families, traveling nurses, corporate salespeople, and even to those on vacation.

We love respectful pets and have pet-friendly rentals

We Give Back

We have a passion for real estate but we also love giving back.

When people do business with us we donate to the community. Whats more, we’ll donate to a charity of our clients choice in their name or business name or anonymously if they chose.

Two of our favorite causes we love to donate to is to local animal rescues and the Humaine Society as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs.
